Terms of Use — Poppit Signals
v1.1 · Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Bonnibel Pty Ltd (ABN 88 672 918 277) ("we", "us", "our") for Poppit Signals: our website at poppitsignals.com.au and the web app at app.poppitsignals.com.au (together, "Poppit Signals" or "the Services").
By creating an account or using Poppit Signals, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
Your rights under consumer law. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer laws of the country you live in, that can't be excluded. If any part of these terms would do that, it applies only as far as the law allows.
1. Who can use Poppit Signals
- You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a contract.
- Your account is for you alone. Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us straight away at pops@poppitsignals.com.au if you think someone else has used your account.
- Please give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
2. What Poppit Signals is, and what it isn't
- Poppit Signals measures market pressure across ASX-listed companies and publishes paper signals by subscription. It does not place trades or connect to any broker.
- Prices in the app are end-of-day closes. They come from a third-party source, are delayed and indicative only, and may be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them for trading decisions.
- Poppit Signals doesn't give professional advice. It gives general information only. It isn't a doctor, counsellor, lawyer, financial adviser or tax agent. For those things, please talk to a qualified professional.
3. Subscriptions, trials and payments
Plans and prices. Poppit Signals is a paid service. The plans, prices and what each includes are shown before you subscribe. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Free trial. Monthly plans start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you're charged when the trial ends. Annual plans don't have a trial. We may limit free trials to new subscribers.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and we charge your payment method for the next period, until you cancel.
Cancelling.
- If you subscribed on our website, you can cancel at any time from your account menu (Manage Billing). Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Poppit Signals until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel in your Apple account's subscription settings. Apple's terms apply to those payments and refunds.
Refunds. Except where the law requires it (including the consumer guarantees in section 10), payments aren't refundable and we don't refund part-used periods. If something has gone wrong, email us and we'll look at it fairly.
Price changes. We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you. It takes effect from your next renewal after that notice. If you don't want to continue at the new price, cancel before then.
Payment processing. Payments on our website are processed by Stripe, and App Store payments by Apple. We never see or store your full card details.
Promotional access. Any promo or complimentary access comes with the conditions shown when you redeem it.
4. Your content
- It's yours. Your watchlist and your account details ("your content") belong to you.
- What you let us do with it. You give us permission to store, back up and process your content, and to show it to you. That processing includes the service providers named in our Privacy Policy. This permission is only for running Poppit Signals for you. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept for a limited time in backups and anything the law requires us to keep.
- What we never do with it. We don't sell your content or show you ads.
- Keep copies of what matters. We take reasonable care of your content and back it up, but please keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
5. Acceptable use
When you use Poppit Signals, you must not:
- break the law, or use Poppit Signals to plan or encourage harm to anyone;
- harass, threaten or bully anyone;
- pretend to be someone else, or share your account with others;
- try to get around Poppit Signals' limits, payments, security or safety features;
- access, or try to access, anyone else's account or data, or probe or test our systems for weaknesses without our written permission;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access Poppit Signals;
- copy, decompile or reverse-engineer Poppit Signals' software, except as the law allows;
- resell Poppit Signals, use it to send spam, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload viruses or other harmful code.
6. Our intellectual property
- We own, or are licensed to use, Poppit Signals' software, design and content, the name Poppit Signals, and our logos.
- While you follow these terms, you may use Poppit Signals for your personal use. This permission is personal, can't be transferred, and ends if your account ends.
- Please don't use our names or logos without our written permission. Ask us at pops@poppitsignals.com.au.
- If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you.
7. App stores
If you downloaded Poppit Signals from Apple's App Store, these terms also include the following:
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content.
- You may use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store's Usage Rules allow.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to meet any warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the app's purchase price, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for dealing with any claims about the app. That includes product liability claims, claims that the app doesn't meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If anyone claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you aren't located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you aren't on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must also follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, for example your mobile carrier's.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.
If you got Poppit Signals through Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply to your purchase.
8. Changes
- Changes to Poppit Signals. We keep improving Poppit Signals and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something that is a main part of what you pay for, we'll tell you first. You can then cancel, and we'll refund the unused part of any period you've prepaid.
- Changes to these terms. We'll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before a change that materially affects you takes effect. We may give less notice if the change is required by law or is urgent for security. If you keep using Poppit Signals after the change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel and delete your account before then.
- Availability. We work to keep Poppit Signals running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Maintenance and outages happen.
9. Ending or suspending your account
- You can leave at any time. You can delete your account in the app.
- Deleting your account cancels any subscription you took out on our website, and deletes your content as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel that with Apple.
- We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if you don't pay, or if we need to in order to protect other people or to comply with the law. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- If we stop offering Poppit Signals, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any period you've prepaid.
- Sections 4, 6, 10, 11, 12 and 13 continue to apply after your account ends.
10. Our responsibility to you
Consumer guarantees. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us, and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. If a failure with the service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the service.
Beyond those guarantees, and only to the extent the law allows:
- Poppit Signals is provided as it is and as available;
- we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss;
- we aren't liable for loss caused by third-party websites or services, or by events outside our reasonable control;
- our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and A$100.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
11. Your responsibility to us
You're responsible for loss we suffer, to the extent it is caused by:
- your breach of these terms;
- your unlawful conduct; or
- content you share that infringes someone else's rights.
12. Complaints and disputes
- Talk to us first. Email pops@poppitsignals.com.au. We'll try to resolve your complaint within 30 days.
- Other places to complain. You can also contact your consumer protection agency (in Australia, the ACCC or your state's fair trading office). For privacy, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and its courts can hear any dispute. If you live outside Australia, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live and keep the protections of your local law.
13. General
- These terms, our Privacy Policy and any plan details shown when you buy make up the whole agreement between us.
- We may transfer this agreement to a business that takes over Poppit Signals. We'll tell you if that happens, and it won't reduce your rights. You can't transfer your account or this agreement.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a term straight away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it.
- We may send you notices about your account and these terms by email or in the app.
